In celebration of Jamaica’s 64th year of Independence, Tad’s Record proudly announces the release of its newest compilation album, Celebrating Jamaica 64, available worldwide on Friday, August 7, 2026. The album brings together an exceptional collection of Reggae legends and contemporary stars in a musical tribute that reflects the richness, resilience and global influence of Jamaican music. The album features 17 tracks by various artists, produced by Tad A. Dawkins Junior exclusively for Tad’s Record.
Released during Jamaica’s annual Independence celebrations, Celebrating Jamaica 64 captures the spirit of a nation whose music continues to unite people across cultures and generations. The project showcases an impressive blend of Lovers Rock, Roots Reggae, Dancehall and conscious music, highlighting both established icons and celebrated contemporary voices.
