Kush Arora continues his installment of connecting the dots between Jamaica, SF, Lagos, and Trinidad with “4 Sands Riddim”. Afrobeats, dancehall, and Bay Area vibes combine with Sadiki De Leon (Trinidad), Young Alpha (Lagos), and Tifa (Jamaica) for a fresh twist on a sound recently hyped, but long explored by Arora prior to it’s recent popularity. As usual, Arora’s stylings slide their way into the production giving it the signature indian dancehall sound.

Sadiki De Leonlays down a cold breakup song with “Miss Me When I’m Gone”, in a high falsetto declaring his independence from a long broken relationship. Video was shot in Trinidad as well that will launch the week of release. He’s a young artist who’s recently found ranks in Trinidad’s exploding dancehall scene that is finally getting the recognition it deserves.

Young Alpha has made a name for himself working as a writer for folks like Ice Prince and delivers a strong Naija flair, plus an extended dance version for the body movers out there with “Password”.

Tifa, longstanding dancehall queen in Kingston, declares it’s bashment time with “Can’t Stop Moving”. She’s been a staple of the Jamaican scene over the past decade and has had a round of solid hits off the island including “Just A Little Bit Longer” and “Hype don’t pay my bills.”
